i am looking for three people to share a large, beautiful home as of may 1st or immediately if you need. it's a character home with hardwood floors throughout 4 levels. basement is finished also - great space for setting up a rec area. bathrooms on two seperate floors. all appliances - fr/st/w/d/dw. rent includes utilities. large fenced yard and in nutana area near brodway. main bus routes are on the same block and across the street so transportation is easy if you do not have a vehicle. can walk to the uofs in about 20 minutes. unfortunately no pets are allowed sorry.
there is lots of space for 3 room mates as there are 4 bedrooms and an upper floor loft/room. the home is mostly furnished you just need to furnish your own room (one bed set is available if you need though) and if you do have a lot of furniture there is lots of room to set up a whole living room/entertainment type setup in the basement.
