steveston music and arts facilities are available for rental when not in use by our programs and events, both during and outside of regular operating hours. our modern facility offers spaces for a range of activities, from meetings, to rehearsals, to concerts. grand piano hall - $25 (with use of grand piano, max.10 people) grand piano hall - $20 (without use of grand piano, max.10 people) grand piano hall for performance - $40 (min. 2 hours, max.60 people) upright piano studio - $15
electric piano studio - $12
amplifier studio - $10 piano tuning - $100
staff fees - $15/hour in addition to rental fees (applies to any rental occurring beyond regular operating hours)
damage deposit is required to confirm booking (35% of rental fee or 35% of the value of the equipment to a maximum of $500)

armless chairs (100) - included in rental fee
desks (20) - included in rental fee
